Job Summary

As a leader on our design team, you will own projects from concept to execution. You’ll manage your workload, delegate to junior designers, guide creative strategy, and ensure department efficiency. You’ll create across diverse formats—web, print, branding, events—while adapting to the needs of various client industries.

  • Lead concept development and execution for brand identities, digital/print collateral, web pages, presentations, and event materials.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of designers, ensuring quality work, clear delegation, and professional growth.
  • Oversee timelines, scope, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and maintain high standards.
  • Translate complex client needs into compelling, on-brand design solutions that capture strategic objectives.
  • Adapt designs to fit different industries and client personalities without losing creativity or functionality.
  • Continuously learn and adopt emerging tools, refine departmental processes, and take charge of hiring and training new designers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, art, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Figma).
  • Strong illustration skills are a plus.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring other designers, including task delegation and feedback.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, pivot quickly, and maintain impeccable follow-through.
  • Keen eye for detail in color, typography, and layout across both print and digital.
